  Rick is an amazing person. His welcoming disposition and affable personality can be seen with his clients and new potential clients.  Any guidance that is needed can Rick is there to help. The classes are fantastic, I am far from being in shape and the first class I took was welcoming and accommodating. I felt amazing afterwards.  The classes are challenging, fun and help build your confidence in a positive social setting.

Brent is a fantastic personal trainer who carefully listens to your needs, and wants to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.  Brent and Rick do a phenomenal job working with you to achieve a healthy better you.

The gym itself is well laid out, clean and easily accessible. The equipment is new and well maintained.  There are a very of machines, weights, mats for Calisthenics, equipment for weight training , resistance training and more.

  I have been a member at PFC for approx. 8 yrs. Over those years, I have had many different health/fitness goals. No matter the goal, PFC has provided me with individual and goal-specific guidance and workout programs.  And they push me to challenge myself. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always encouraging. PFC has been a big part of my successes.
The facility is inviting, well-equipped, clean, and open 24/7. You can workout when it suits you best. Whether you participate in classes, open gym, or both you can achieve your health/fitness goals at PFC.
